I am trying to play .wav files using the Pulse Audio c++ API while also being able to control the volume of each sound. I have successfully played these files with ALSA, but could not figure out volume. I understand the contents of a .wav file, I just need to know how to use the Pulse Audio API to do this.

I am doing this on CentOs. 7.
