सर्गेई कपित्जा (रूसी भाषा : Сергей Капица ; अंग्रेजी : Sergei Kapitsa) (जन्म :१४ फ़रवरी १९२८) रूस के प्रसिद्ध भौतिकशास्त्री हैं जिन्होंने माइक्रोट्रॉन के विकास पर उल्लेखनीय कार्य किया। ये 'एविडेंट' (Evident) नामक रूसी टेलीविजन पत्रिका के संयोजक भी हैं।
