I have a Linux related issue I run into when I try to create a .tex (and .pdf) file by a php script, see here.

It seems tha the utility Biber (to create bibliography) is designed to unpack its executable within /tmp/ and to run from there. Since the php script is run by user apache, that fails.

I am asking if there a way to fix it on the Linux side.
