अदिति चौहान एक भारतीय महिला पेशेवर फुटबॉलर है जो वेस्ट हैम यूनाइटेड लेडीज और भारत की महिला फुटबॉल टीम के लिए एक गोलकीपर के रूप में खेलती हैं। उनका जन्म २० नवम्बर १९९२ को हुआ था और बचपन से ही वह विभिन्न खेलों में शामिल है, उन्होंने कराटे और बास्केटबॉल में भाग लिया।



करियर


बास्केटबॉल में अच्छा प्रयास दिखाने के बाद उन्हें युवा राज्य टीम के लिए चुना गया था। बास्केटबॉल के माध्यम से, चौहान ने बॉल की अच्छी पकड़ और अच्छे एथलेटिक निर्माण का विकास किया।[1] और वह एक गोलकीपर के रूप में फुटबॉल टीम के लिए परीक्षण में भाग लेने के लिए अपने कोच द्वारा आश्वस्त हुई। और वह सफल हुई और १५ वर्ष की आयु में, दिल्ली यू 119 टीम के लिए उपस्थित हुई।


उन्होंने लॉबबरो विश्वविद्यालय से खेल प्रबंधन में एमएससी पूरी की और उनकी फुटबॉल टीम का प्रतिनिधित्व भी किया। अगस्त २०१५ में, चौहान वेस्ट हैम यूनाइटेड लेडीज़ में शामिल हो गयी।[2] उन्होंने १६ अगस्त २०१५ को कोवेंट्री देवियों द्वारा ०-५ की हार से अपनी शुरुआत की और ऐसा करने से इंग्लैंड में प्रतिस्पर्धात्मक रूप से खेलने के लिए भारत की राष्ट्रीय महिला टीम की पहली खिलाड़ी बन गई और अंग्रेजी लीग फुटबॉल में खेलने वाली पहली भारतीय महिला।[3]

अदिति चौहान को १७ साल की उम्र में भारत यू-१९ पक्ष के साथ परीक्षण के लिए चुना गया था।[4] और वह भारत की महिला टीम का हिस्सा थी जो श्रीलंका में २०१२ साफ महिला चैंपियनशिप जीती थी।[5] और
वह इंग्लैंड में "एशियाई महिला फुटबॉलर" २०१५ वर्ष की पुरस्कार के पहली प्राप्तकर्ता थी।
