Dinesh Chandimal[1] is a cricketer and who is the current Test captain of the Sri Lanka national cricket team. Chandimal has scored centuries (100 or more runs in a single innings) on eleven occasions in Test cricket and on four occasions in One Day International (ODI) matches. Chandimal has played 48 Test matches, 139 ODIs and 52 Twenty20 Internationals (T20I) (As on 14 June 2018), scoring 3,484, 3,433 and 738 runs respectively.
Chandimal made his Test debut against South Africa in 2011. Chandimal made his ODI debut against Zimbabwe in 2010. His highest Test score came in 2017 against India where he scored 164 at Feroz Shah Kotla Ground, Delhi, India.
