Honorable Steve Papermaster (born September 27, 1958) is an American Entrepreneur, health and technology innovator, author and global speaker. He is Chairman and CEO of Nano Vision,[1] a company focused on dramatically accelerating the development of cures for global health threats.[2]
Papermaster was appointed by President George W. Bush to serve on the United States President's Council of Advisors on Science and Technology (PCAST).[3] Under President Bush, he also served as a member of the China-US Strategic Economic Dialogue(SED), and is currently co-Chairperson of the Joint US-China Collaboration on Clean Energy (JUCCCE).[4]
He is also the co-founder and current board member of Moxie Software, where he served as chairman and CEO from 2007 until March 2010.[5] Papermaster has also served or is currently serving as CEO of Powershift Ventures.[6]
Steve Papermaster is a 1996 recipient of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards and has served as a judge for the national and worldwide competition since 1997.[7]
