Rukhiyet Palace (Turkmen: Ruhyýet köşgi) is a palace in the capital city of Asgabat in Turkmenistan. The palace holds official state events, forums, meetings, inaugurations.[1] The palace was built by the French company Bouygues.[citation needed]
